Joel Heng is a freelance Director of Photography currently based in Singapore. He began his hands on education in the film industry at age 16 and has never left since. After 8 years in the ranks of the technical crew, he moved on to lens his first television commercial. Armed with his love for capturing emotions and redefining the boundaries of visual storytelling, Joel continues to lend his unique imagery and unconventional eye to television commercial, documentary and narrative work for directors and filmmakers across Asia.
